GenAI Adoption starts where proofs of concept end: turning novelty into routine. Adoption is the pre-condition for value - without daily usage, even brilliant models remain shelf-ware. We monitor progress on two fronts.

Individual adoption: Are employees actually using the tools? In concise “AI-Influencer” workshops we spot early champions and craft micro-use-cases - marketers autogenerating copy, analysts summarizing dashboards, designers accelerating ideation - so every participant sees an immediate, role-specific payoff. Guided sprints reinforce best practices, provide guardrails, collect success metrics, and seed a peer community of practice, anchoring GenAI exploration to personal performance targets and career growth.

Process-level adoption: GenAI must also live inside the workflows that run the business. Together with process owners we dissect high-volume tasks - ticket routing, contract review, product ideation - and re-engineer them with models embedded in the systems teams already open each morning. We co-create integration blueprints (APIs, decision checkpoints, governance layers), quantify business cases, and plan phased rollouts, tying KPIs to team OKRs. Continuous-improvement loops safeguard reliability, compliance, and expanding ROI.

Our AI Discovery process begins with value exploration, where we identify high-impact, strategic use cases tailored to the client’s business. Through a vision workshop, we guide leadership teams to think in terms of “NewPractice”: What technologies exist? What use cases are most relevant? The NewPractice mindset enables radical process transformation, grounded in an AI-first approach.

We are technology-agnostic, always starting with the client’s current setup. Our goal is to find the right match between business needs, available technology, and strategic potential. Based on our findings, we provide clear recommendations and help prioritize which use cases to move forward with. Next, we run execution workshops to dig deeper: What do we want to achieve? Who is affected? What are the risks? What’s the business case? This sets a solid foundation for moving into implementation and scaling AI solutions.
