Using a human centric approach to role re-design and intentionally redesigning roles to uncover the potential friction of digital platform integration, Karla helps organizations realize the value of their GenAI technology investments. And by identifying the greatest areas of opportunity for GenAI implementation, Karla helps organizations maximize the value of their GenAI technology investment. Karla also works with organizations to transform their HR functions through process transformation, refreshed organizational design, developing new people service delivery strategies, or system implementations.
